IMPOSSIBLE COCONUT PIE 
4 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut

Beat eggs. Blend sugar and flour; add to eggs with remaining ingredients. Turn into 2 greased 9-inch pie pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Forms its own crust.
