QUICK AND EASY MICROWAVE FUDGE | |
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar 1 (12 oz.) can Milnot or Pet 1/4 c. butter, cut in pieces 1/4 tsp. salt 2 c. miniature marshmallows 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. nuts Cook sugar, milk, butter and salt in 3-quart microwave bowl, covered loosely with wax paper on high 3 or 4 minutes. Uncover, cook on high 10 minutes, stirring every 3 minutes. Cook 4 to 8 minutes more or until it forms a soft ball in cold water or 234 degrees to 240 degrees on candy thermometer. Add marshmallows and chips and stir. I beat a minute or 2 with mixer, then add nuts and pour into greased 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 inch pan. It's very cream and good. |
