1 lb. bulk sausage
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1 tbsp. flour
Frozen deep dish pie crust
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. evaporated milk
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees (prick well and bake empty pie shell for 6-7 minutes). In medium skillet fry sausage - onion and green pepper - drain well. Combine cheese and flour. Stir in sausage mixture, spread in pie shell. Mix remaining ingredients, pour into pie shell. Bake on cookie sheet 35-40 minutes until browned and filling is set.

Good for winter time suppers!
