CHOCOLATE TURTLES 
2 c. granulated sugar (can substitute 4 c. confectioners' sugar for smoother frosting)
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
1 bar German Sweet Chocolate

Mix together in small saucepan. Boil one minute. Cool and frost turtles. (The frosting takes a while to cool to the proper consistency - you may want to put it in the refrigerator for a while.)

COOKIES:

4 sq. chocolate
1 c. butter
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler (or microwave). Remove from heat and add the eggs, slightly beaten. Stir in sugar, flour and vanilla. Drop from teaspoon onto hot waffle iron. Cover and bake for about one minute. Remove with a fork.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
