SOUTH OF THE BORDER DIP 
1 3/4 c. medium chunky salsa
1/3 c. corn
3/4 tsp. fresh lime juice
3/4 c. canned black beans, rinsed and drained
1 1/2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 tsp. ground cumin

Drain excess liquid of salsa. Combine all ingredients, except crackers, in medium bowl. Let stand at least 30 minutes to blend flavors. Serve with Town House crackers.
