18 oz. jar chunky peanut butter 1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs 1/2 lb. butter, melted (2 sticks) 1 tsp. vanilla 1 lb. powdered sugar Mix well and roll into small balls the size of large marble. Makes 100-125. Place on wax paper lined cookie sheets. In double boiler, melt 1/2 stick paraffin and 12 ounce package semi-sweet chocolate chips. Stir until smooth, using a 2 prong pick, dip 3/4 of ball into chocolate. Place on cookie sheets to set. Smooth out prong holes with a knife. Place in refrigerator to set. Keep in refrigerator. |
