STRAWBERRY PRETZEL SALAD | |
3/4 c. melted butter 3 tbsp. light brown sugar 1 (9 oz.) pkg. pretzels, crushed 1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin 2 c. boiling water 3 c. frozen strawberries, partially thawed 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 3/4 c. sugar 8 oz. whipped topping Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine butter, brown sugar, and pretzels in bowl; mix well. Press onto bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water in bowl. Add strawberries; mix well. Chill until partially set. Mix cream cheese and sugar in bowl; fold in whipped topping. Spread over baked crust. Spread gelatin over cream cheese mixture. Chill overnight. Cut into squares. Yield 12 servings. |
