APPLE CRUNCH 
3 med. size tart apples
3/4 c. quick cooking oatmeal
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. enriched flour
1/2 c. butter

Slice apples thin and arrange in a greased 8 inch round pan. Combine oatmeal, brown sugar and flour and cut into butter. Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serve warm and top with milk or ice cream.
