PRETZEL CAKE 
Crust:

2 cups crushed pretzels
3/4 cup butter
3 tbsp. sugar

Mix together pretzels, butter and sugar and press into a 9x13 baking pan.

Bake at 400°F for 8 minutes. Remove and let cool.

Filling:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 cup cool whip

Beat the sugar with the cream cheese and then stir in the cool whip. Spread mixture over the cooled crust.

Topping:

1 large pkg. strawberry jello
1-1/2 cups boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries with the juice

Mix together the boiling water and the gelatin. Stir until thoroughly dissolved. Mix in the strawberries and let mixture set until it begins to gel.

Pour over the cheese mixture and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
