CURRY FISH FILLETS 
2 lbs. fillet
Juice of 1 lemon
Dash of red pepper
1/8 tsp. thyme, basil or sage
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. celery or garlic salt
2 tbsp. butter

Melt butter, mix in spices, pour over fish in well-greased pan. Broil for 10 to 15 minutes.

This is an absolutely fantastic recipe. I use it all the time. It may make my house smell like curry for the next day or two but it's worth it. When I'm feeling like it, I usually add 1/4 teaspoon of Coriander as well, it helps bring out the lemon.
