3/4 c. Karo
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. water
4 c. powdered sugar
1 c. marshmallows
8 qt. popped corn

Mix all ingredients except popcorn together and stir over low heat until it starts to boil. Take off heat immediately and pour over popcorn. Mix together and form into balls. Wet hands before forming balls or wear plastic gloves.

To store, wrap individual balls in plastic or store in a sealed container.
