BEST EVERY EASY CREAM CHEESE
CAKE
 
4 (8 oz.) tubs whipped cream cheese, or use reg. bars
1/4 lb. sweet butter
16 oz. sour cream
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. sugar
5 eggs

Let all come to room temperature. Beat all together except eggs. Beat each egg into batter. Pour into 10 inch greased spring form pan. Place pan into larger roasting pan half full of hot water. Bake at 375 degrees in preheated oven for 1 hour.
