MOCK BEEF SEASONING MIX 
17 tbsp. yeast flakes
3 tbsp. sweet pepper flakes, powdered
3 tbsp. parsley flakes, powdered
3 tbsp. salt
4 1/2 tsp. dill seed, powdered
4 1/2 tsp. celery seed, powdered
4 1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 tbsp basil, powdered
1 tsp. rosemary leaves, powdered
1 tbsp. thyme, powdered

Mix all ingredients well and store in a jar. Label. Shake before using. Makes about 2 cups seasoning. When using as a seasoning, use 1 tablespoon for each cup of liquid.
