EASY SWISS STEAK 
Round steak
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can tomato soup
1/2 tsp. garlic salt (optional)
1/4 c. chopped onion

Cut steak into serving pieces. Season flour. Roll steak in flour and seasoning. Brown in skillet (with oil); put in oven-safe pan. Add stewed tomatoes, soup and onion. Add 1/2 can water. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours, covered.
