ANGEL DELIGHT 
1 angel food cake
2 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 pt. whipping cream
4 eggs
2 tbsp. sugar
16 marshmallows & crushed nuts, optional

Break up cake in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Add marshmallows, if desired. Melt chocolate chips in double boiler. Add egg yolks, beaten. Cool. Beat egg whites, add sugar. Fold into chocolate mixture. Whip cream. Add to mixture. Pour mixture over cake. Cut through to get around cake pieces. Sprinkle with nuts if desired. Put in refrigerator. Chill overnight. Serves 12-16.
