STRAWBERRY PRETZEL JELLO 
2 c. crushed (not too fine) pretzels
3 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. melted butter
8 oz. cream cheese, room temp.
1/2 c. sugar
1 sm. carton Cool Whip
1 qt. fresh sliced strawberries, no sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix pretzels, 3 tablespoons sugar and butter and pat into a 13"x9" cake pan. Bake 7 or 8 minutes; set aside to cool.

Beat together cream cheese and sugar. Fold in Cool Whip, spread over cooled crust. Combine strawberries, Jello and boiling water, stir until Jello is dissolved. Let stand in refrigerator until partially jelled. then pour over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate until set. Cover with more Cool Whip.
