CARAMEL POPCORN 
5 qts. popped corn

CARAMEL:

2 sticks butter
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. Karo syrup

Boil caramel mixture for 5 minutes and remove from stove.

Add: 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Spread popcorn mixture onto cookie sheet and cover and bake at 250 for 1 hour. Break apart and store in tupperware or tightly sealed container.
