GLAZED PECANS 
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. water
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. pecans

In a large saucepan, combine sugar, water and cinnamon. Cook to medium soft ball stage, about 3 minutes at a rolling boil. Add the vanilla and pecans, stirring to coat well. Pour out onto waxed paper and separate with a fork. When cool, store in an airtight container.
