QUICK POT ROAST 
3 lbs. chuck roast
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
4 tsp. minced onion (dry)
Potatoes, peeled
Carrots

Place roast in pan; salt and pepper. Place potatoes and carrots around roast. Spoon soup on meat and vegetables, sprinkle onion on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Soup makes gravy.
