31. SAUSAGE-CHEESE MUFFINS

Cook sausage and drain off fat. Add Cheez Whiz and mix well. Put spoonful of mixture on English muffin and bake until brown. Good for breakfast, or quarter muffins for appetizers.

32. SAUSAGE MUFFINS

Split muffins. Toast the smooth side. Brown sausage and drain. Stir in Cheez Whiz. Spread mixture on untoasted side of muffin. Toast under broiler.
