COUNTRY BAKED BEANS 
4 pieces bacon, fried & drained
1 (16 oz.) can pork & beans, drained
16 oz. can kidney beans, drained & rinsed
8 oz. lima beans, drained
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. bacon drippings
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. mustard (yellow)
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. catsup
1 sm. green pepper, chopped

Fry bacon, crumble. Brown onion and pepper in bacon drippings. Add remaining ingredients except beans and bacon and cook over medium heat 10 minutes. Add bacon and beans; mix well. Pour into a 3 quart casserole dish. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove cover, bake another 15 minutes.

May be prepared a day or 2 in advance and baked on day needed. Serves 16.
