2 green peppers, washed and sliced in 1/4 inch strips
2 lg. onions, peeled and sliced in 1/4 inch strips
2 c. fresh mushrooms, washed and sliced thin
2 c. fresh broccoli, washed and chopped
2 c. fresh cauliflower, washed and chopped
3 lbs. Polish sausage
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp. oil
2 lbs. cooked noodles

Clean and slice vegetables while sauce is cooking. Cook sausage until done, remove from pan and slice into 1/4 inch pieces. Add oil to pan and then add vegetables to pan and stir fry at high temperature until veggies are tender. Add cheese and sausage, mix well and serve over hot buttered noodles. Serves 10-12. Great way to get kids to eat veggies!
