1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
2 c. milk
Flour for dredging
Salt & pepper

Cut fish into 3/4 inch strips. Toss flour in a bowl with salt and baking powder. Make a hollow and put eggs and half the milk in it. Beat until smooth, gradually working in flour from sides.
