CONCHO BARS 
1 stick butter
1 box yellow cake mix
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. water
1 c. pecans
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. angel flake coconut

Melt butter in large saucepan. Add cake mix, eggs, brown sugar, and water. Stir thoroughly (do not use mixer). Add pecans, chips, and coconut. Stir to mix. Batter will be very thick. Cook in buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. (Be careful not to over bake. These are chewy bars.) Cut into bars when cool.
