APRICOT BAKED CHICKEN
 

1/4 c. mayonnaise 1 env. dry onion soup 1/2 c. bottled Russian mix dressing 1 c. apricot preserves

Arrange chicken pieces in 2 (2-quart) glass utility dishes. Place thickest meaty pieces around edges of dishes. Combine mayonnaise, soup mix, Russian dressing, and apricot preserves. Spread over chicken, coating each piece.

Cover each dish with waxed paper. Bake each dish of chicken separately in microwave approximately 20 minutes, turning each halfway through cooking time. (If cooking in oven, cook approximately 1 hour)
