BEEF SHANKS 
5-6 beef shanks
1 envelope onion soup
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. black pepper
16 oz. can tomato sauce
1 can tomato soup
1 can condensed beef broth

Place beef shanks on bottom of Crock pot. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over beef shanks. Stir to coat. Cover and slow cook all day until beef is tender.

Serves 6.
