MARINATED MUSHROOMS 
3/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 bay leaf
4 cloves garlic
1 lb. mushrooms

Bring all ingredients to a boil except mushrooms. Clean and trim mushrooms then add mushrooms to boiling ingredients, boil for 5 minutes. Then put in container and refrigerate.
