CHEESE STRATA 
12 slices white bread
3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked & drained
2 c. diced cooked ham
3 1/2 c. milk
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 sm. can mushrooms, drain
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. diced onion

Use a doughnut cutter to cut 12 "doughnuts" from the bread. Arrange the "holes" and other bread scraps in a buttered pan. Layer ham, broccoli and cheese in pan. Arrange bread "doughnuts" on top.

Combine eggs, milk, onion, mushrooms, green pepper and seasonings. Pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate 6-8 hours or overnight. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 55 minutes. Serves 8-10.
