CHILI-CHICKEN 
flour
1/4 c. butter
2 chopped cloves garlic
4 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 c. Grand Marnier Liqueur
3 to 4 lb. chicken (cut up)
2 onions (chopped
1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
6 tbsp. tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. chicken soup

Dredge chicken in flour and brown in butter. Combine all rest of ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, covered.
