JEAN'S BAKED PICNIC HAM 
1 fully cooked, boneless ham (preferably Fischer's Qwik-Cut, about 9 or 10 lbs.)
1/2 c. Mogan David Concord Wine
3/4 c. ginger ale
1 apple
1 lg. onion
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 stick cinnamon
1 turkey-size bag (for oven baking)

Combine ingredients to baste ham. Bake in 325°F oven for 50-60 minutes.
