RHUBARB NUT BREAD 
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 egg, beaten
1 c. sour milk
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. rhubarb, peeled & cut
1/2 c. walnuts

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. white sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 3 (4 x 7 1/2 inch) loaf pans. Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle on top of breads. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
