CHOPPED SIRLOIN AND MUSHROOM
GRAVY
 
6 chopped sirloin steaks
1 c. flour
1 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 can golden mushroom soup

Mix flour, pepper and salt together in a pan. Roll sirloin steak in flour mixture. Place in an electric skillet at 350°F. Brown on each side. Place in oblong baking dish. Add one can golden mushroom soup. Place in preheated oven at 350°F for 25 minutes until hot through and through.
