PETER PAN'S CORN FRITTERS 
3 c. flour
2 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. corn
Milk (enough to make batter not too stiff)
Confectioners' sugar

1. Mix flour, eggs, sugar, salt and baking powder.

2. Add milk and beat until you have a semi-soft batter.

3. Fold in corn.

4. Drop by 1/2 teaspoonfuls into a deep fat fryer.

5. Cook until golden brown on both sides.

6. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar, and serve hot. Makes about 5 dozen.
