CHOCOLATE CHESS PIE 
2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
Whipped cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In double boiler melt chocolate and butter together. Add sugar and mix thoroughly until sugar and chocolate mixture is well blended. Add eggs, vanilla and a pinch of salt. Blend together. Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Allow to cool. Top with whipped cream.
