SAUSAGE QUICHE 
1 (9 inch) deep dish pie shell
1 lb. bulk sausage
3 eggs
1/3 c. milk
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper (optional)

Brown sausage and drain. Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper in medium bowl. Stir in sausage. Sprinkle 3/4 cup cheese on pie shell. Top with sausage mix. Sprinkle with 3/4 cup cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes or until set.

May be served hot or at room temperature. Even real men love this quiche! Serves 6.
