CHICKEN IN ORANGE SAUCE 
6 chicken breasts
1/2 tsp. salt
1 onion, sliced
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. sliced mushrooms

SAUCE:

1 c. orange juice
1/4 c. sherry
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. parsley
Paprika
1 orange, peeled & sliced

Broil chicken until brown. It doesn't have to be done all the way through. Top with onion, pepper and mushrooms in a baking dish. Combine sauce ingredients; pour over chicken. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. This is a low calorie dish, 217 calories per serving.
