1 pkg. (1 oz.) Hidden Valley Ranch milk recipe original ranch salad dressing mix
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 sweet French bread baguettes, thinly sliced
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c. assorted toppings, such as sliced pimientos, ripe olives, bell peppers, roasted red peppers, or mushrooms
Combine salad dressing mix and mayonnaise, spread thin layer on sliced bread. Top each piece with a few shreds of cheese and thinly sliced vegetables. Bake at 375 degrees, 8 to 10 minutes or until crispy. Makes about 25 appetizers.
