PEACHES AND CREAM CAKE 
2 (16 oz.) or 1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained (save 8 tbsp. liquid)
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/3 c. oil
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 tbsp. peach juice
3/4 c. sugar

Drain peaches and save 8 tablespoons of juice. Mix cake mix, eggs, water, oil and pudding. Spread batter into 9"x13" greased pan. Mix cream cheese, peach juice and sugar and spread over cake mixture. Put peaches on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
