center cut 1/2" thick pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
McCormick's pork rub
zesty Italian dressing
hot charcoal grill 350-450F
bbq brush or mop

Always handle pork carefully away from other dishes.

Start off by sprinkling both side with McCormick's Pork Rub covering all area of meat, rub in well with hands and let sit for about 30 minutes.

In a gallon zip lock bag, put the Zesty Italian Dressing and chops (reserve a little of the marinade in a separate container for basting later, or make extra); mix to coat chops. Let stand in Zesty Italian Dressing marinate for about 30 to 45 minutes.

Have grill heating during while pork is marinating. Either a charcoal or gas grill will do.

Grill first side with lid closed to sear in the juices, about 3 to 5 minutes. Open grill and check. Flip chops and leave grill open and baste with additional dressing (do not re-use marinade except during the first 10 minutes of cooking). Continue to cook and flip as needed, always basting with dressing as you flip. Usually takes about 15 to 20 minutes to finish. Always cook pork thoroughly.
