2 tbsp. oil
1/4 lb. pork, chopped
3 cloves garlic, smashed
1 pkg. green beans, cut into sm. pieces
1/4 med. cabbage, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 sm. carrot, sliced
1 c. water
2-3 tsp. shoyu
1-2 tsp. salt
2 pkgs. "Chuka Soba" noodles prepared according to pkg. directions
Heat oil in large skillet or wok. Brown pork and garlic together. Add green beans, cabbage, red bell pepper, and carrot. Stir together and cook for 3 minutes.
Add water and seasonings to mixture and bring to a boil. Add the Chuka Soba and stir. Serve.
