4 tbsp. flour
1 cup milk
Stir together and cook the mixture in a saucepan over medium high heat until very thick. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Beat for 4 minutes. Add 1 tsp. vanilla.
In a separate bowl, combine:
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
Cream together butter and sugar for 4 minutes. Then add the completely cooled flour and milk mixture. Beat 2 more minutes or until icing has the consistency of whipped cream.
