4 med. size sweet potato or yams 1 tsp. olive oil or butter 1/2 c. water 2 tbsp. reg. or brown sugar Dash nutmeg Dash cinnamon Dash allspice 1 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract Peel potatoes or yams.
