HAWAIIAN PORK RIBS 
3 lb. spareribs
2/3 c. dark brown sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2/3 c. vinegar
1 c. crushed undrained pineapple
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Salt & pepper

Bake the plain spare ribs, meaty side up at 425 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Drain. Combine sauce ingredients and cook in saucepan until glossy. Add half the sauce. Salt and pepper ribs. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Turn. Then add rest of sauce. Bake 30 minutes.
