Eyeball measured ingredients, so had to add extra milk to get the right consistency. Also, had an open tin of anchovies and added 2 slices (minced) to the mixture for some extra kick. VERY good on my Caesar salad!!! THANKS!!

This is the easiest and tastiest Caesar Salad dressing - I used a little more milk for consistency too, but I will never use another dressing recipe again. mmmmmmmm... love it!

Great recipe! I used Kraft Olive Oil mayo and I think that helped it not to taste too mayonnaise-y. Added a bit more lemon juice, anchovy paste and an extra clove of garlic. Wonderful!!!

Try adding 1/2 tsp. dry mustard and 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar for enhanced flavor along with anchovies. The paste is easiest.

First tried a "gourmet" recipe (making mayonaise from scratch) and it tasted sooo bitter. So I tried your recipe with ready made mayo and dressing came out great! thx.

This recipe is quick simple and easy to do with ingredients you have in your kitchen. The kids came back for 3 servings on Canadian Thanksgiving. Out did the bird and stuffing my friend made, and he is a great cook.

I'm so glad I came across this recipe. I really wanted some caesar with a chicken wrap I was going to make for dinner but we didn't have any. I only made about 1/8 the amount of the recipe because that's all the mayo I had. Thankfully it was just enough for my wrap, and it was tasty! I'll definitely make it again, and maybe I'll try it with a little more garlic.

I use a recipe similar to this but use more garlic cloves, 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce, and 1 tbsp. ground brown mustard to add a little more kick. Oh, and omit the salt. I get compliments and requests all the time for this recipe. My kids will eat salad every night if I put this on it. They LOVE it!

PS: Tastes good if you dont use as much Garlic

This was a really good recipe! Tasted excellent. Thought it was a little too thick, next time i'll use less Parmesan. Other than that, excellent!!!

To make it not as rich use Mayonnaise (good quality) and low fat natural yoghurt ratio 1:3. It's a bit more runny, but added with 2-3 anchovies finaly chopped you then also need no salt. Add this to a salad of baby spinach, avocado, mango, crispy roasted bacon cubes and shaved parmesan for the perfect Australian Xmas summer salad!

Needs more garlic! It is a really good base though. I replaced 3/4 cup of the mayo with low fat plain yogurt. This makes it slightly thinner, but cuts the fat dramaticaly. Don't cut out all the mayo though...you could use greek yogurt if you wanted it to remain thick. I added more garlic and more wors. sauce!

Great recipe, loved it. If you are going to use yogurt in the recipe, strain if for about 30 to 40 minutes in a cheese cloth to removes all that extra moisture. Works wonders on keeping a thick, and creamy.
