COLE SLAW FOR CROWD 
3 lb. cabbage
2 med. onions
1 green pepper
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt

DRESSING:

1 c. vinegar
1 c. salad oil
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seed

Put cabbage, onions, and pepper in blender or food chopper. Add sugar and salt. Mix and put in refrigerator.

Bring the vinegar, salad oil, mustard, and celery seed to a boil, then pour over cabbage mixture. Return to refrigerator for 3 hours. When ready to serve, pour off some of the liquid if you think it is too much.
