BEEF, BEAN AND CHEESE DISH 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned
2 cans Ortega chili salsa
1 standard size can refried beans, spicy
1 standard size can of black olives, sliced
Grated cheddar cheese
Minced onions to taste

Combine all but cheese in frying pan on stove. Place in casserole dish. Cover with grated cheese and a few olives. Heat in oven at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and "stringy". Serve hot.
