ZIPPY SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE 
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1/4 c. catsup
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
3 drops hot pepper sauce (optional)

In small sauce pan combine brown sugar and cornstarch. Mix well. Gradually stir in remaining ingredients, cook over medium heat about 5 minutes or until slightly thickened. Stir frequently. Cool and cover. Store in refrigerator.

Yield 1 1/2 cups.
