MACARONI SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. curly macaroni, cooked
1 green pepper
1 onion, minced
Cucumber & carrots (optional)
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix together. Refrigerate overnight.
