CINCINNATI SKYLINE CHILI 
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 lg. onion, grated
4 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. allspice
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. red pepper
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
1 qt. water
2 lb. ground chuck
1 garlic toe, grated
1 tbsp. salt
5 whole bay leaves
1 lg. can tomato sauce
1/2 tbsp. vinegar
Cheddar cheese
Diced onion
Red kidney beans
Oyster crackers

Cook meat in water until meat is colorless and pulled apart. Add all ingredients except last 4. Cook slowly 2 hours. Remove bay leaves. Serve over spaghetti, noodles OR on hot dogs. Add cheese, onion, beans and crackers in layers. Enjoy.
