SPINACH SOUP 
6 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. onions
2 pkgs. frozen spinach
6 c. chicken broth (3 cans)
6 tbsp. flour
2 egg yolks
3/4 c. whipping cream

Melt butter, saute onions; add flour, hot chicken broth, spinach. Simmer until spinach is cooked. Whip egg yolks with whipping cream and add to soup. May add oysters or oyster juice.
